50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Course Overview:

The InDepth Yoga immersive 5-day course covers a large area of study regarding yin yoga. Our students will gain an awareness of the bones, tissues, and ligaments within our body that are affected through the practice of yin yoga and how those poses are connected to meridians, the energy channels within our body, Such information is vital to teachers and practitioners alike when practicing you will become more aware of the physical body and gain the ability to adjust the practice to suit you specifically, after all, every single body is different.

The Yin Yoga 50 hour training is suitable for yoga students of all levels and teachers alike, who wish to begin their exploration in a complementary practice to the active, dynamic, yang, yoga styles. The InDepth Yoga yin training will strengthen both your knowledge about and your practice of yoga.

• 50 hours of Yin Yoga physical practice, theory and exploration

• Lectures regarding Yin yoga practice and theory 

• Yin and Yang tissue defined and Meridians explained

• An introspective view into the Yin yoga postures

• How to assist someone in their Yin Practice

• Yin Yoga Sequencing

Certification:

• After completion of the course, you will receive an internationally recognized YIN yoga teacher certification.

Provided Material: You will be given both the full course materials containing the information you will learn throughout the course as well as an In-depth Yoga Academy specialized workbook that you will be able to use for structuring classes and taking notes.
